In midst of “work at home” and “work from home”, LUDO made a silent yet impactful comeback into our lives. LUDO needs a bit of strategy, tactics, counting, probability, luck and not to miss the excitement. Hidden are also the life and leadership lessons, sharing what I call the “LUDO Affect”:

L – Life at times gets to a standstill inspite of your multiple efforts, keep your chin up and continue to push for that extra – everytime to start and/or get your tokens out on the track you need a 6 on the dice, you keep trying till you get it!

U – U don’t give up and hang in there for its never over till the very last – there are moments when your tokens are still on the track and the other player is a step away to get their last token home and it’s you who actually gets home first!

D – Deal with a smile whatever life throws at you, manage it well to your advantage and keep building on it – the dice rolls out random numbers and you need to manage the game accordingly keeping in mind where are the tokens of other players, possibilities, taking risks at times, eye on the goal!

O – Openness to find happiness and see newness in routine is a key trait to sustain growth at a time when there are so many exciting alternatives around you – Ludo has been around for generations yet you roll the dice with the happiness and zeal of a new game every single time, enjoy the banter, celebrate others win, comeback all charged!
